Story: I've taught senior Geography in Australia for the past 4 years. I am a Teach for Australia Alum, which recruits outstanding teachers for disadvantaged schools, and I've worked as head of faculty for the past 2 years. Previously, while at Uni, I was director of TEDxPerth, a monthly event devoted to 'Ideas worth sharing' in the TED talk style.

Philosophy of Education:
That a teacher needs to inspire every student and motivate them to work hard. A great teacher knows the correct sequence of learning for each pupil and will have high expectations of every single student. Finally, great teaching is all about knowing the individual and using whatever method works best for the individual.
