Lukas
Lukas 來自美國賓州，畢業自歷史悠久的 Edinboro University of Pennsylvania，畢業後投身教職，擁有英語教學執照TEFL，累計有5年以上的教學經驗，曾在美國、南韓、台灣等地從事教學工作。他平時喜歡運動與攝影，最喜歡的電影是1966年的《黃昏三鏢客》。
課程簡介
本課程專注在口說的練習，內容由老師精心設計，每堂課都有討論、練習活動以及強化語言能力的內容。每堂課後老師將提供 study guide，幫助你複習課堂內容、持續地提升英語能力。
老師將確保每位學員都有充足開口練習的時間。老師為每堂課準備了一系列的問題，他將在課堂中視情況提出，以訓練學員臨場表達的能力，並透過思考與討論，提升 critical thinking skills。

進行方式
課前準備
老師將於每週課前2-3天給予當週材料，每週1篇(準備時間約15-30分鐘)。同時，老師將給予一些問題或是觀點，幫助你在課前就能夠開始思考當週主題。
課堂進行
課堂以討論的方式進行，學員發言時間約為課程時間之70%，老師將透過提問的方式引導討論的進行。老師將適時講解重要的單字、片語與觀念。

I really enjoy the classes with Lucas and classmates, Lucas is a good teacher to guide us thinking about the topics and sharing the opinions, then provides the comment and correction after our discussion time. He always makes sure the speaking time of each students and allocates the opportunities fairly. I could learn much from Lucas and classmates how to use the vocabularies in the sentences when I was listening their opinions. Hope I can join the next class soon.

It was nice working with Lukas and the classmates! Lukas makes sure everyone has an equal chance/time to speak and ask questions. He gives feedback on correcting grammar errors or new phrases to use, also, he provides notes after class so that we can review them at anytime. thanks Lukas!

Lukas knows how to guide students to talk or discuss or even debate on the selected topic everyweek. He would listen patiently without interrupting and tell us how to use better words or sentences. I have learn a lot at the class,can't wait to sign up for next one.

This is the best English class I have ever taken!
The most impressive thing about Lukas' course is that every class is very well structured and organized. Students have plenty of time to practice speaking in various ways, including learning the skill of asking questions and giving answers, having a debating, and presenting pro and contra ideas. I really enjoy taking this class.

Luke is the kind of English teacher you could ever wish to meet. He is very considerate and has a good sense of hosting the class online. Lukas is friendly and earnest. He sent teaching materials to us before the class, gave instant corrections during the class, and sent necessary notes after class. Furthermore, he considers each student's feedback and tries to improve and make it better in the next class. I highly recommend his class.

The materials in the class are practical. Lukas is good at leading students to express themselves and provide more natural speaking way of native speakers . I have had so many tutor classes online before. However, Lukas classes are funniest and most creative. Especially, the debate part. The open questions and debate parts drive learners to think deeper which are the most valuable parts from the classes. Truly recommend everyone to try his class :)

This class covers a lot of aspects of English learning, including pronunciation/sentence grammar correction, idioms, collocation, and critical thinking/communication skills. Lukas is decent to give advices and patience to let everyone to express what they think which give students enough time to practice English. Also, he will share what common mistakes he found during classes and summary it to share with all students. This is a very informative class which I have ever had.

I have enrolled Lukas’s class 4 times and continuing. Lukas always prepares abundant material and the controversial topic let me to have a different side to look the issue. The material includes the vocabularies, brainstorming, debate and discussion, I have many opportunities to state my opinion. No matter I am wrong or right, I really enjoy the atmosphere of the class.

Lukas's class is great! We discussed very interesting topics in 4 weeks. Even if we can't express us well, Lukas will help us to summarize the idea and teach us what words can we use or how can we descript ourselves.
Also, Lukas provides material before the class and feedback after the class.
We do the debate, roleplay, guessing the meaning of idioms! I really enjoy the class and really recommend this class. =)

The 4-week classes are really helpful. Lukas provides the well organised outline before the class. The brainstorming and roleplay sections make me think about the issues from different perspective. It is a good practice to construct my idea orally.
