Noah 來自澳洲，畢業自 Federation University Australia ，主修心理學。畢業後任職於 IBM 四年的時間，負責客戶服務。後來為了追求更豐富的生活經驗，他考取 CELTA 英語教學師資認證、來到台灣成為專職的英文教師，至今累積兩年的教學經驗。最喜歡的電影是2010年的《生存法則》。

In this class we will look at controversial news articles and have a discussion about it. We will share our thoughts, feelings and opinions about the topic. You will have a chance to give your reasoning behind your stance and possibly persuade others to agree with you in a friendly debate.
Before each session, I will provide students with two articles that we will review in the class. This allows students to read the articles in advance, write down questions and engage in class discussions better.
In the class we will firstly focus on reviewing the articles, along with answering students' questions regarding vocabulary and reading comprehension. Then we will work in pairs to discuss the assigned questions. We might have interesting activities, too.
Then we will come back to the round table and share our thoughts regarding the news stories, I will initiate student group discussions and debates relating to the article topics by asking follow up questions and providing different viewpoints.
