Douglas's class is great, because what he taught is very practical. For example, i‘ve learned tips to clarify, agree, disagree, persuade someone in a meeting. Moreover, i can use a very solid structure to express my thoughts. I do highly recommend his class to business people who not only want to practice english but also want to learn communication skills.
