I had wonderful 6 weeks class with Dug. Dug introduced the skills and tricks that we'll need from formal meetings to day-to-day hallway conversation. He shared his experience and also remind us some common mistakes. We have plenty of opportunities in class that we can practice and change the habit how we used to talk accordingly. I can certainly feel my skills improved by following up his strategy and advice step by step. Although I had a busy schedule and the class also affected by COVID-19 that had to be taken on-line instead of face-to-face class. I never wanna miss any class. Great to learn from Dug and fully recommend his class to people who desires to make progress in conference skills.
