By using MDT's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use MDT's services. If anything is unclear, please contact us.
MDT is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 may not register or participate in any course.
MDT offers small-group English discussion courses. Each course is built around the following structure:
Each course has 3 to 5 participants.
MDT is not an English school. There is no grammar instruction, no error correction, and no proficiency assessment. English is the medium of discussion, not the subject of study.
You must register an account and verify your email address before using MDT. We use email to notify participants about venue details, course changes, and other important updates.
You may not register under another person's name or in any way that infringes on the rights of others. You may not transfer or lend your account credentials to anyone else. MDT is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.
MDT uses a two-stage commitment system:
Stage 1 — Course status is "Open" (fewer than 3 enrolled)
Stage 2 — Course status is "Confirmed" (3 or more enrolled)
5-day safety net: If a course has not reached 3 participants by 5 days before the first meeting, MDT will automatically cancel the course and issue a full refund.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the commitment system described above.
If a participant's behavior disrupts the discussion or negatively affects others in the group, or if the facilitator determines that continued participation is not appropriate (including cases where English proficiency is insufficient), MDT reserves the right to remove that participant. A removed participant will receive a full refund.

MDT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, to the extent permitted by law. Changes take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
MDT reserves the right, at any time and to the extent permitted by law, to temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it).
MDT does not guarantee that the service will meet all of your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any results obtained through the service will be accurate or reliable. No advice or information obtained through MDT, whether written or verbal, creates any warranty beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.
